4. Are the lenses polarized?
Many of our frames feature polarized lenses, while others have anti-glare lenses that reduce sun glare while still allowing you to see your phone clearly.

5. Do you offer prescription sunglasses?
Yes, we offer prescription sunglasses. Please note that lenses are priced separately from the frames.

6. How should I care for and clean my sunglasses?
Your sunglasses come with a case, polybag, and cleaning cloth. Always store your sunglasses in the case and use only the provided cleaning cloth. Avoid using harsh liquid solutions to clean your eyewear.

7. Are your sunglasses suitable for sports or outdoor activities?
Yes, our sunglasses are designed to be lightweight and suitable for light to moderate activities like power walking or light jogging. However, they are not recommended for extreme sports like surfing or BMX. Please note that we are not responsible for damage caused by intense activities.

8. What is the warranty on your sunglasses?
We offer a 12-month warranty for manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover scratches, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear, especially on mirror lenses.

9. Can I get custom lenses or frames?
Yes, custom lenses are available for an additional fee of $100.

We offer refunds within 14 days of delivery if you are not completely satisfied. Items must be in their original condition with the case, polybag, cleaning cloth, and tags. Returns received after 14 days or in non-original condition will not qualify for a full refund. Refunds are available only for full-priced Niraji products that are undamaged.

You can exchange an item, but please note that if the exchange is for a higher-priced item, you must pay the difference. You will also need to cover the shipping costs for returns.

3. What if my sunglasses arrive damaged or defective?
If your sunglasses have manufacturing defects, you can request a replacement within 14 days of purchase. Please note that prior to each item being shipped out, our warehouse team does a thorough check to make sure that each pair sent out is in good condition.

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return an item.

5. Will I be refunded for shipping costs on a return?

RETURN POLICY

CHANGE OF HEART?

We’ll happily refund your purchase if you’re not absolutely satisfied, within 14 days of delivery. Must be in original condition with the original case and tags in which they were sent. Anything received after 14 days or not in original condition will not be issued as a full refund.`

Returns are available for full-priced items pertaining to Niraji products are refundable.

Products must be un-damaged for full refund eligibility.

NIRAJI PRODUCTS

For manufacturing defects, replacements are available within 12 months of purchase. The warranty does not cover scratches, accidental damage caused by general use, fading or peeling of frames, or the loss of screws due to neglect. Mirror lenses are highly vulnerable to scratches and nicks caused by everyday wear and tear. Natural wear and tear on mirror lens sunglasses do not make them eligible for exchanges.
